We assist all residents in developing the necessary skills experience to live life to its fullest.
At Westlands, we strive to offer and provide a safe, comfortable and happy environment for the people who use our services. We will offer and provide support to improve or maintain social and domestic skills enabling our residents to reach their full potential.
To Achieve This We Will
- Support people by promoting their individuality and independence
- Work in partnership with a range of community organisations to maximise the opportunities available to people living here
- Support the people who use our service to develop and maintain a meaningful, structured day, where they feel valued, useful and able to achieve their personal goals

- Enable and support people to access recreational, social, learning and employment opportunities
- Support people to develop new and maintain existing relationships with friends and family
- Support people to access and communicate with those agencies which are a necessary part of their life
- Support people to maintain and maximise their physical and mental health
Our Support Ethos
All of our support will be offered regardless of race, creed, colour or sexual orientation.
If at any time the person using our services decides to end their support arrangements, they are more than welcome to continue living here independently or with the support of another provider.
